Banana dessert

Okay, here is last night’s dessert… quite delish.

Mashed banana with whipped cream (serves 1)

Ingredients
1 banana
2 tablespoons yogurt
3 tablespoons whipped cream
cinnamon for sprinkling

Directions
Mash the banana and add the yogurt. Spoon into a bowl and add a dollop of whipped cream, then sprinkle with cinnamon.

This dessert is delicious and healthy. But it also satisfies any craving for a rich treat.
