Menu Plan Monday


Once again, I’m going to do Organizing Junkie‘s Menu Plan Monday. Here is my meal plan for the next week…

Menu for week of April 7 – April 13

Monday
Dinner – Fresh Thai spring rolls (didn’t get a chance to make them last week)
Dessert – Grilled cinnamon oranges

Tuesday
Dinner – Agedashi tofu and turmeric beans
DessertMashed bananas with yogurt, cinnamon & honey

Wednesday
DinnerSweet and sour konnyaku with curried butternut squash fries
Dessert – Oranges with nutella

Thursday
Dinner – Zaru soba
Dessert – Baked sweet cinnamon apples

Friday
Dinner – leftovers or out with friends
Dessert – Seasonal fruit salad

Saturday
Dinner – leftovers or out with friends
Dessert – Seasonal fruit salad

Sunday
Dinner – Soba noodle sushi with leftover veggies from the week
Dessert – Grilled oranges (again) if they were good the first time

    Yummy!! Please post the Fresh Thai spring rolls recipe. I’d love to try it.
