Menu for week of April 14 – April 20

Dinner – Agedashi tofu and Orange and Fennel Salad
Dessert – Grilled cinnamon oranges

Dinner – Curried butternut squash and Orange and Fennel Salad leftovers
Dessert – Mangoes

Dinner – Edamame bean salad
Dessert – Oranges with yogurt

Dinner – Zaru soba
Dessert – Fruit salad

Dinner – Out with Bobby!
Dessert – Oranges with nutella (his favorite)

Dinner – Out with Bobby!
Dessert – Fruits or possibly red bean brownies

Dinner – Leftovers
Dessert – More fruit 🙂

As the weather gets nicer and nicer, I crave more and more fruit. I haven’t eaten a muffin in weeks, and muffins are usually my choice indiscretion.

This past week I did not stick to my menu plan. Luckily I realized that the week wasn’t going to go as planned so I held off on shopping until I knew what I was going to need. I ate with my roommates a lot (N’s mom was visiting from HK), so I got to enjoy some great traditional Chinese food and on Tuesday we went out to a nice Thai place nearby. So this coming week’s menu has some of the things that I didn’t get to make last week. Sorry for the repetition! Also, Bobby is visiting this week – he gets in late Thursday night, so we might be eating out a lot this weekend.
