I really like the idea of breakfast for dinner. My favorite kind of breakfast is something heavy on the carbs – oatmeal and waffles are my favorites, but I also like french toast. Having your carbs later in the day will also help you get to sleep faster. As long as you don’t eat them too close to bedtime (try to allow at least 3 hours before you go to bed), those carbs from dinner will have you off to dreamland almost as soon as your head hits the pillow.
there’s nothing better than breakfast for supper, no doubt! I need to start doing serious menu planning a little bit more often, methinks.
Ooh, yum- Soba noodles! I haven’t made that in a long time. I think maybe I’ll add those to the grocery list. 🙂
Blessings,
Michele

Oranges with nutella? I’ve never heard of that–but it sounds like a fun thing to try!
