Dinner – Veggie stir-fry with lots of veggies and seitan & WW couscous
Dessert – More frozen blueberries, plus truffles from Bobby’s family

Dinner – Eat out
Dessert – Gelayo Gusto
Saturday
Dinner – Eat out
Dessert – Fruits (oranges & bananas, probably)
Sunday
Dinner – Leftovers (or veggie burgers again)
Dessert – Frozen yogurt

Soba noodle sushi?!!! I’m so intrigued- please tell me what this is! We have veg sushi all the time at our house, but always just use rice.

seamaiden – It’s basically the same as normal sushi, but you replace the rice with cooked soba noodles – it’s delicious and amazing and perfect for people who don’t like rice (like me!). I use cucumber, carrots, pickled yellow radish, green apples, avocado, shitake mushrooms, and sometimes sprouts as filler. I’ll probably post the recipe this week, so stay tuned
Cool! Well, I personally adore rice, especially since I can’t eat wheat. But I love the idea and can’t wait to see the recipe.
