Today’s eats:
Breakfast:
- apples&cinnamon oatmeal
- 1 nectarine
Lunch:
salad with romaine, shredded carrots, yellow peppers, green beans, and Newman’s Own Lowfat Sesame Ginger dressing
- 1/2 sandwich on WW bread with heirloom tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and mint chutney
- 1 nectarine
Snack:
- another nectarine
- 5 small tomatoes with a little bit of veggie cream cheese (each probably 2-3 times the size of a cherry tomato)
- a few strawberries
- a few nuts (almonds and walnuts – a small handful around 5:15 to ward off my growling stomach – I’m too excited for dinner!)
Dinner: (Bobby and I went out with Alonso, a Cornell friend who has an interview out here! We went to a place called Hometown Noodle up in Redwood City.)
- Shrimp & cabbage salad with lots of shrimp, carrots, radishes, peanuts (!), caramelized onions, basil, and fish sauce – this salad is so awesome. I ate the entire thing.
1 spring roll with some peanut dipping sauce (this is after I took one bite, then remembered to take a picture)
- 1 whole nectarine (so I bit into the first one, but half of it was mushy – then I found another one that was half mushy and ate the good half of that one, too.)
