Goodeats for 8/29/2008

Breakfast:

  • 1 large apple

Lunch:

  • sauteed chicken/steak (mostly chicken), peppers, and onions
  • shredded lettuce salad with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa

Snack:

  • another large apple
  • more salad (shredded lettuce, sour cream, guac, and a little salsa)

Dinner: (Malaysian food!)

  • shrimp mango salad
  • 1 steamed spring roll
  • some mee siam (noodle dish)
  • some curry

Dessert and snack:

  • boysenberry frozen yogurt
  • a small apple
