Lunch:

And of course after lunch I went for my hour-long walk (~3 miles). It was pretty hot, but it got even hotter later in the afternoon!

Snack:
  • 1 Dannon Light and Fit Plus (office yogurt)
  • 1 Clif Zbar (chocolate brownie)

I decided to go for a run/walk – probably about 2 or 2.5 miles. And my Brothers-All-Natural sampler from Kath came today! These are so good! Here’s the box:
