I woke up this morning and did 20 minutes of cardio yoga with Tom Morley – what a great workout! I was so energized and ready to go afterwards. Then I packed Bobby’s and my lunches and headed off to work.
Breakfast: (this picture is terrible – this is why I don’t usually post breakfast pictures!)
- apples&cinnamon oats
- 1/2 mashed banana
- almond butter (1-2 teaspoons?)
- 1 nectarine
Before lunch I took my hour-long walk – 3 miles.
- 1/2 mashed banana mixed with AB on toast
- cauliflower and peppers with hummus
- 1 fresh nectarine
- ~1 cup of cheerios (maybe a little more)
- 1 dannon 0% plus (yogurt at work, 60 calories but it has aspartame)
- 1 apple
First choir practice tonight, so a weird dinner schedule. I can’t eat before I sing – I just feel awful – so I’m going to have a small snack before and after instead of a real dinner.
At choir they had food! I had 5 strawberries
