Goodeats for 9/11/2008

Woke up this morning and 20 minutes of Cardio Yoga (again).  Let me repeat, Tom Morley is great.  When we go to LA in the spring I’m going to try to get in to one of his classes.

I have another choir that I’m trying out tonight – they sing early music and Gregorian chant.  I’m really excited because I’m a little bit of a nerd like that.  Anyway, I didn’t like how my snacking turned out on Tuesday (I don’t like to eat before I sing), so I’m going to try to have 1/2 a sandwich before and see how hungry I am later.  Or maybe a yogurt.  I haven’t really decided yet.  I brought a whole sandwich and I’m planning on half with lunch and the other half before choir.  The choir is the St Ann Choir over at Stanford if you’re wondering.
Breakfast:
  • apples&cinnamon oats
  • I’m not that hungry this morning… I think dinner last night was too filling.  And then I snacked on baby carrots (which aren’t that filling, but they are voluminous)… So I’m guessing that’s why.  Hm.  It’s only 11 now, and I’m not hungry at all.  I’m sure I’ll get there in an hour though ;)
