Last night’s snack:
Today… My 22nd birthday! I decided to take a rest day from yoga. I’ve been feeling a little sore and I think my body wants to rest.
- apples&cinnamon oats
- 1 nectarine
- a big high-fiber tortilla slathered in a Dannon 0% Plus (blueberry) – don’t knock it till you try it!
- a tub of purple cauliflower and romanesco with hummus
This lunch held me over for a while. I took my standard hour-long walk after lunch, and I even got another 20-minute walk in around 4p when I called my dad. It’s been a relaxing day.
- 1 fuji apple
- birthday waffles! (I had these 2 waffles, but more fruit and yogurt than is pictured) – drizzled with raw honey – they were delicious.
- 2 chopped nectarines
- ~3/4 cup Fage 0%
