I spent yesterday and today getting this new site set up – comments and suggestions are welcome; I plan on redoing the theme and making it my own in the next few days. But onto the food!
Snack:
- 1/2 WW wrap
- 1/2 cup Fage 0%
- cinnamon
Dinner:
- lotus root salad – fried tofu, lotus root, basil, fish sauce, carrots, caramelized onions
- 1 veggie spring roll – vermicelli noodles, lettuce, basil, tofu, and sprouts dipped in delicious peanut sauce and a bit of spicy hot sauce
- a few veggie bites from Bobby’s chow mein (unpictured)
Snack:
- nectarine
- 1/2 cup Fage 0%
- peanut sauce from dinner
Late night snack:
- apple!
