Turns out my bad day yesterday was due to the fact that I’m coming down with a cold. I’m home from work for the day (got up, went in at 8:30, came home around 10:30), so I get to post early! No workout this morning because I felt drained. I’m hoping to get in a few walks throughout the day though.
