Snack: (in the style of miss Gliding Calm)
- fruit plate! grapes, cherry tomatoes, and raspberries – but double the grapes, because I went back for more
- stir-fry (okra, butternut squash, eggplant, onion, carrot, sprouts, sweet and sour sauce)
- shisamo (that’s the fish)
- salad (romaine, onions, plum, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, TJ’s raspberry dressing) – seconds on this!
- microwaved butternut squash with Fage 0%, unsweetened chocolate almond milk, honey, and pumpkin pie spice
I may go back for some more grapes and peanuts as well…
