I ate some Greek yogurt at midnight last night when the macrobiotic experiment was over… but I woke up bloated and full-feeling.  I think I might have to try staying away from my beloved yogurt for a while longer.

Enjoy the Oscars and have a great night.  What’s on your menu plan this week?  Anything new?

Ooh, your menu looks good. We eat mostly vegetarian, so I always enjoy seeing other veggie menus for a bit of inspiration!

Menu looks awesome. I have been wanting to make vegan mac and cheese for a while…I have this powdered non-dairy cheese in the cupboard that I might try to use this week. I seem to recall you have made this before? Or am I making things up? Haha. Either way, any tips? :)

Your meal plan looks good. I wish I was that organized. What one fast meal would you recommend for me to try this to get out of my rut?

Okay now … you’re making me REALLY hungry (and I’m a caterer)! Like the others, I love your menu. But let me say this – I really like your blog and have it bookmarked to refer to for future reference. Keep up the good work. I like your style!
