  1. May I ask, how did you make your miso? I love the stuff but all the packets have so much sodium.

    My hometown, Houston, actually has a restaurant that features some macrobiotic cuisine. When I get home for summer, I’ll definitely try it. I’ve eaten there before but never had their macrobiotic stuff.

  2. Sounds like you have experienced some great benefits from the macrobiotic diet. I would have a really hard time giving up dairy (yogurt) and chocolate. I really admire you for making such positive changes in your eating!
