		<description>I think our mom&#039;s were twins! Our grocery shopping trips were IDENTICAL with the &quot;perimeter&quot; and explaining all meal components. We also never, ever had munchies and soda in the house, unless it was a birthday party. My brother and I snacked on carrot sticks and dip like they were chips, and never even knew (or missed) the difference!

Thanks for the great reminder, b/c when I moved out, I went a little crazy discovering all of the yummy junk food treats I never knew about. There ARE healthy alternatives, that are just as good - you just have to find them.</description>
