  1. I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone with your quest for mental satisfaction. I honestly know exactly what you mean and I appreciate the fact that you were able to share your “rant” with us. Nobody’s perfect and 24/7 healthy eating isn’t easy, especially not in today’s world, so remember to forgive yourself when you slip up. It’s wonderful that you’re conscious of it so that you can make progress but be kind to yourself as you self-improve. I, for one, definitely think you deserve it 🙂 take care!
