  1. Greek yogurt is my lover! Seriouslym, if I could marry a food this would be it. I like it mixed with pumpkin, granola, and chocolate chips.

  2. I don’t eat dairy either Maggie so don’t enter me, but do you try stonyfield’s soy yougurt? I love it, and bake with it too.

  3. My favorite new creation is greek yogurt, fiber one, blueberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon!

  4. Sadly I have an aversion to dairy as well. I miss yogurt sooo much. My husband on the other hand is still lucky and loves it. He fills it with any berries he can get his hands on. This would make his day!

  5. I love to add Strawberries and a tiny bit of Splenda to my Greek Yogurt!! That is my favorite way to enjoy GREEK yogurt!
Oh and by the way, I adore Greek non-fat yogurt. It is higher in protein, but a little lower in Calcium.
    So good!
Thank you for sharing the wealth!

  6. i like my greek yogurt with just a bit of organic honey. i like experimenting with the different kinds of honey, though, so it tastes different every time.

thanks for the heads-up on the giveaway, and i’m sorry to hear that dairy doesn’t agree with you!

  7. I have actually never had Greek yogurt, so I would love to try it!! I love to eat regular yogurt with wheat germ mixed in…healthy and gives it a nice texture!!

  8. @Gary–thanks for letting me know you can cook with the Stonyfield Soy–I have good vegan friends and even that one ingredient really expands what I can make for/with them!

But I cheerily eat dairy and now always have Trader Joe’s 0% Greek Style in my fridge. It’s the only yogurt I have found that I am willing to use in place of sour cream, and it has made some awesome sauces and dips (raita-like, with veggies or herbs or vinegar mixed in). I’m happy to expand my palate though!

  9. I love greek yogurt!!! It’s the only reason I’m not vegan lol
I love it a million and one ways, but one especially good one is as a topping for a warm fruit cobbler, mmmmmmmmm πŸ˜€

  10. I love mixing greek yogurt with fiber one and an organic fuji apple. Then, I add a sprinkle of cinnamon and some intense buckwheat honey from the farmers market. YUM
