Upon waking (or any time really) do this circuit 2x:
- 50 jumping jacks
- 5 pushups
- 20 sit ups (full)
- 30 mountain climbers
- 1 minute plank
- 7 burpees
Should take <10 minutes and you’ll be sweating at the end.

Did this this morning…a lot harder than it looks! I couldn’t hold the planks =/ Did you mean a yoga plank or a forearm plank?
I mean yoga/regular plank. Forearm plank is a nice variation. I think I’ll do this right now… gonna head off to work soon.
