It’s the last day of summer and everything is beautiful. The weather is perfect, the farmers’ market was fresh and full of amazing produce, and I’m just in a great mood.
I got up this morning and did Jillian Michael’s 30-Day Shred workout – I think it was the first one. It was 3 circuits of strength, cardio, and abs. Very fun, and I could tell that I got in a good workout even though it was only about 20-25 minutes. After that Bobby and I walked a mile to the farmers’ market, did our shopping, and walked back.
Snacks – samples (mostly fruit) from the farmers’ market (no pic).
I forgot to mention what I got at Kohl’s yesterday! I got 2 napkins, 2 placemats, a tablecloth, a bunch of candles, and some beautiful hand-painted Mexican dishes. I got a humongous salad/pasta serving bowl and 2 mugs – they have pretty little chilis painted on them. The placemat, napkin, and tablecloth make an appearance below… I’m obsessed with fall, so I love getting fall-themed house stuff.
Lunch:

- 1 fresh peach
- 1.5 cups Fage 0%
- peanut sauce from last night (1 Tablespoon-ish)
- 1/2 WW wrap with more peanut sauce

This lunch was an awesome combo. I’m upping my protein, so I picked a small peach and used extra greek yogurt. The wraps that I buy are also protein packed (for a wrap) – I think they have 8 grams per wrap.
Lots of errands today – returning some clothes, buying a present for someone (I think he might read the blog, so I don’t want to say…), and trying to enjoy the last bit of the weekend.
One more thing of note – I have abs! I have no idea when they appeared, because it seems like it happened overnight. All this working out and yoga has definitely paid off. Before a month ago I would just walk, a lot, but it never gave me good definition. I’m going to try to keep up the habit.
